The Coggin College of Business at the University of North Florida offers a new program in Strategic People Management to augment human resource development for medium and large businesses.
A Jan. 20 press release says the series aims to empower business leaders and managers to adopt a more strategic HR mindset, hone effective leadership skills, workforce management decisions and help their organizations thrive.
Four course titles are offered: New Rules of Engagement, Achieving Breakthrough Results, People Analytics, and Leading a Culture of Innovation.
Topics and series can be completed live online or on campus.
The Coggin College of Business also plans to launch two new executive programs this spring.
The first, offered in partnership with UNF’s Small Business Development Center, focuses on business resilience and continuity, especially for small businesses.
The second, the Executive Briefcase, will focus on topics aimed at helping senior executives develop technical and interpersonal skills, including executive presence, storytelling with data, giving and receiving feedback, and strategic communication.
