Papa Gino’s and D’Angelo Grilled Sandwiches parent company New England Authentic Eats LLC has appointed former youth sports company executive David Walsh as director of people services, according to a statement from hurry.

Walsh will be responsible for the administration, coordination and management of human resources functions and lead several internal initiatives aimed at better understanding employee needs and supporting them in their career success.

Walsh will work on performance management for both brands, with a focus on providing team members with career development opportunities with a focus on clearly defined performance metrics and goals. . He also plans to place a strong emphasis on customer feedback, with an emphasis on the customer experience.
Prior to joining the company, Walsh held a number of executive roles at a youth sports management and events company, Legacy Global Sports, as well as Global Premier Soccer.
