The “Professions Academy” is an exciting new entity within Sandwell College. With aspirations for rapid growth, the Academy is actively seeking exceptionally motivated and talented individuals to join its enthusiastic and dynamic team. This position presents an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of the innovative, high-quality “People Management and Organizational Development” suite of programs.
The successful candidate for this role will be a highly qualified and experienced adult teacher / trainer, with an excellent track record in providing high quality teaching and learning experiences in a variety of different learning environments. , including an online synchronous learning experience. A range of highly developed skills will be required for effective performance in the role, including; inspiring team leadership, confident communication and strong project management.
