Aderant signs agreement to acquire viGlobal, adding a leading people management software platform for law firms to its growing product family

ATLANTA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–adheringan industry leader in technology solutions for commerce and the practice of law, today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of viGlobal, which ranks first among law firms and is a leading provider of personnel management software in the professional services market. How law firms attract and manage their staff is directly related to how effectively they manage business and serve their clients. Therefore, the viGlobal platform is a natural fit to join Aderant’s growing suite of products to help law firms run better businesses at every level.
